April's Cleaning Services offers an abundance of options for residential cleaning. Our professional team will be sure to handle your home and furniture with care during the cleaning process. In an effort to offer consistent service, we do our best to provide each crew with a manager, so you have somebody on site that can ensure service quality.
Residential Cleaning
Kitchens
- Wiping cabinet faces.
- Cleaning and disinfecting countertops.
- Cleaning and disinfecting sinks.
- Clean the exterior of all appliances.
- Clean all furniture in the kitchen area.
- The kitchen and pantry floor vacuumed, mopped, and dried!
Laundry Room
- Top of washer and dryer is cleaned.
- The floor is swept and mopped.
Dusting Areas
- Surfaces dusted.
- All knickknacks, picture frames, and etc. are removed and dusted.
Bathroom
- We clean all countertops, cabinets, sinks, and mirrors.
- Toilets thoroughly cleaned and disinfected (included the floor around the base).
- Showers and tubs are scrubbed and cleaned free of mildew.
- Floor is swept and mopped.
Throughout the House
- Carpets are vacuumed.
- Hard surface floors are vacuumed and mopped.
- Hardwood floors dried after mopping.
- All woodwork (wood paneled doors, base boards, window seals, and etc.) are dusted.
- Blinds and shutters are dusted.
- All doors, windows, and light switches are spot checked and cleaned.
- Cobwebs swept.
Specials
- Making beds: $5.00 extra per bed.
- Leather furniture cleaned and conditioned: $30 per couch and $20.00 per chair.
- Inside the refrigerator: $30.00.
- Cleaning windows: Price varies.
- Spray and wet wiping of all woodwork: Price varies.
- Detailing rooms: Price varies.
