- Showers and tubs are scrubbed and cleaned free of mildew

Laundry Room
- Top of washer and dryer is cleaned
- The floor is swept and mopped
Dusting Areas
- Surfaces dusted.
- All knickknacks, picture frames, and etc. are removed and dusted.
Throughout the house
- Carpets are vacuumed
- Hard surface floors are vacuumed and mopped.
- Hardwood floors dried after mopping
- All woodwork (wood paneled doors, base boards, window seals, and etc.) are dusted
- Blinds and shutters are dusted
- All doors, windows, and light switches are spot checked and cleaned
- Cobwebs sweep

- Making beds: $5.00 extra per bed
- Leather furniture cleaned and conditioned: $30 per couch and $20.00 per chair
